1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and ab89 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the ab89 website at https://ab89.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or promotional content offered through the platform.

By accessing the ab89 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ab89 platform.

ab89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent site notice. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform, the more specific document shall take precedence. Where no specific provision exists, these Terms shall govern.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ab89 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You have not previously had an ab89 account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other policy violation.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making rational financial decisions at the time you place any bet or make any deposit.

ab89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in account suspension.

By registering on ab89, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money services on ab89, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at a minimum, the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Your preferred deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard)

Following initial registration, ab89 may require you to complete an enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or raising deposit limits. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (NID or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ab89 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

ab89 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent intent, identity theft, money laundering, or any other activity that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or its users.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ab89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the ab89 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for card payments (Visa, Mastercard). There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits via local mobile wallets are credited to your ab89 balance instantly in most cases. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank's processing times.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification status. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (9 AM – 11 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following morning.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses.
• ab89 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC status.
• In cases of suspected fraud or unusual account activity, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.
• ab89 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own charges, for which ab89 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ab89 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ab89 promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. Duplicate accounts are not eligible for any bonus. Each player may claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–25%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While an active wagering requirement is in progress, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is ৳2,000, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.

ab89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any suspected abuse of a promotional offer — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — ab89 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the accounts involved.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of ab89, you agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in good faith at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point during your account lifecycle
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in conjunction with betting activity on ab89
• Using proceeds of criminal activity (including money laundering) to fund your ab89 account or place bets
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform's games or systems. Any winnings resulting from known software bugs must be reported immediately; winnings obtained by deliberately exploiting a known bug are void
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party, or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or threats directed at ab89 staff or other platform users
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion arrangements, or account restrictions imposed by ab89
• Operating an ab89 account in conjunction with a business, commercial enterprise, or syndicate without the express written approval of ab89 management

ab89 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ab89 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including but not limited to voiding bets, confiscating balances, and reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ab89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or subsequent verification
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit made to ab89
• Prolonged inactivity (an account is deemed inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login or real-money transaction)
• Player-requested self-exclusion or voluntary closure

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your ab89 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within 24 hours. Any verified, withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within five business days, subject to standard verification procedures.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied. If your balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab89, its directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ab89 platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime resulting from maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game result — gambling inherently involves financial risk and ab89 does not guarantee any outcome
• Any errors in odds, game results, or market settlements that are immediately corrected upon discovery, provided such errors do not constitute a systemic failure
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or third-party content displayed on the ab89 platform for informational purposes only

Where ab89 is found to be liable for any damages, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ab89 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab89 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability of 99.5% on a monthly basis, but cannot guarantee this level of service at all times.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ab89 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
